Cartridge Heaters

We develop and designed highly efficient and high performance cartridge heaters at cost effective prices. They are mainly used in various immersion applications. however, due to their compact cylindrical shape, they can also be used in a variety of other applications.

During specifying our cartridge heaters, we considered varied significant parameters. Some of these parameters include:

Determining their sheath temperature
AC voltage requirements
Watt & watt density
Maximum operating temperature

Maximum operating temperature is the maximum temperature that the sheath covering the cartridge heater may reach. AC voltage is the minimum alternating current required to operate the cartridge heater. Watt density is the amount of wattage per square inch that a cartridge heater can deliver.

High Density Cartridge Heater

The wide range of dimensional specifications in which our High Density Cartridge Heater are delivered varies from nominal diameter, cartridge length or heated length. A cartridge heater equipped with a layer of ceramic insulation that can resists heat and chemicals. Ceramics are made of nonmetallic minerals, such as clay, that have been permanently hardened by firing at a high temperature.

Disk Heater

Our proven and sophisticated range of Disk Heater differ in terms of electrical connectors, termination types, mounting styles, and optional features. We do not provide termination angles with our all cartridge heaters. These are also adhered with straight leads or terminals make straight connections with the cartridge heater. Further, the right angle leads or terminals are angled 90 degrees from the initial connection with the cartridge heater. Most devices can be configured with many different termination options.

Pencil Heater

We offer a wide range of different type of Pencil Heater as per the specific requirements of our clients. These come with either bare leads, insulated leads, armor cable leads, metal braided leads, flexible conduit leads, screw terminals, terminal boxes, quick disconnects and plugs. Further, our heaters of this range may be mounted or installed using different methods.

Cartridge Heater

We manufacture and deliver highly efficient and long service cartridge heaters at cost efficient prices. Use of finest quality raw materials also ensure their flawless functioning. D Type Cartridge Heaters

We offer our D type cartridge heaters at low, moderate and high watt densities. They also contain both internally & externally connected leads. For varied high temperature applications, our range of split type cartridge heaters are exactly suitable. We built them in accordance with various technical specifications provided by our clients.

Maximum temperature for stainless steel tube is 400°C & for Brass tube, it is 200°C
